This small study was completed in about an hour. I think I captured shoreline feel.

- Eva Allen, Plein Air Painter
- I paint mostly in the alla prima style. The Florida landscape offers an abundance of subject matter and almost every day there is sunshine. My goal as an artist is to try to capture the light on the subject and I've found painting en plein air is the best way to "see" the light and improve my painting skills. I am a member of the West Coast Plein Air Painters which is a part of Florida Plein Air.
